WEBSITE DESIGNER
Innov8t Online Technologies is a leader in website design, corporate image development and online marketing . Established in 2008, we now plan on expanding our web design team. We are currently looking for an experienced Web Site designer to join this team. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a wide range of website development experience plus strong knowledge of CSS.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the CSS/XHTML layout, visual appearance and usability (WAI) of websites.
• Ensuring Web sites are visually effective and easy to access.
• Performing maintenance and updates to existing websites.
• Liaising closely with customers at the design stage.
• Working closely with developers and management.

Key Skills Required:

• Candidates should have experience of working with XHTML and CSS.
• Experience with some or all of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver, Joomla, Magento and other content management systems.
• Ecommerce website development experience.
• XML, JavaScript, PHP and ASP.NET  would be beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of SEO.

The successful candidate must possess:
Applicants should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You should have a strong technical background and direct experience on commercial web development projects involving database technology, including content management systems, retail e-commerce sites, Internet payment methods, and web security issues. You must have experience managing the building, operation, and maintenance of Internet sites. The candidate must have creative flair with an eye for detail. In addition, proven commitment to achieving deadlines, delivering high quality services and experience of working effectively as a member of a team is essential.

Education and Experience:

• Educated to degree level.
• At least 2 - 3 years commercial web design experience
